Annotation	The objective of the project K2- quality and competitiveness in non-formal education-is to launch qualitative changes in the field of non-govermental organisations and leisure time school facilities as a main trend for sustainable development of the leisure time and non-formal education. A significant contribution of the project represents a support aimed at personality development, its planning and an approaval of results in the field of non-formal education (and leisure time education) in the Czech republic. The partial analysis is divided into two parts and targets on one hand the means of evaluation of organisation management and the quality of rendition of service and on the other hand the approaval of non-formal education results. The main aim of the research was to find out which means of evaluation of the organisations were used, what were motivations and what respondents thought about non-formal education, how they perceived its contributions in the view of both participants and the society as a whole, and what were their relations to an approaval of the results. The research was carried out by means of questionnaires among the employees of leisure time centres and the volunteers from non-govermental organisations aimed at children and youth. In total 134 respondents were interviewed.
