Annotation The author of the thesis concerns the Waldorf in their working lives, works as a teacher in regular kindergarten. The theoretical part deals with the basic elements of Waldorf education and their applications for pre-school education. Attention is paid to those elements that are applicable in the school education programs in most kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with research in selected kindergartens and focuses on general awareness of teachers on methods based on Waldorf education. This work shows that approximate the alternatives, such as the so-called Waldorf pedagogy. usual approach to preschool children is possible and run regular classes do not affect negatively.
