The theoretical part explains the specifics of the "home teacher" and brings the work tutor students. It also discusses the Roma, their problems, and finally deals with the concept of motivation. The practical part is looking for answers on the author's research questions. Survey was conducted through focus groups and individual interviews conducted by the students of Masaryk University.
