Annotation	The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the concept of alternative teaching method and its definition. We can find the history of alternative teaching methods when it first taught using alternative teaching methods and who are using it deserved. The work also explains the classification of alternative teaching methods, dedicated to their importance and in detail describe the various types of these teaching methods. The practical part is focused on the findings of the use of alternative methods of teaching mathematics at the elementary school in a small town in the district of Šumperk - whether they are already teaching i got here and what scale are used.
