Annotation	The aim of this thesis was to find out what values are important for adolescents and how they change. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to the nature of job - adolescence, the concept of value, the value in the history, classification values by individual authors, or the value orientation of its development. The practical part presents the results of a survey which was directed to determine what values are high school students, was attended by 72 students. It was also investigated the importance of individual values for students. Operational objective was to build value system based on respondents' answers - for all students as a whole, individual age Gross, for boys and girls.
