The child jeopardized by domestic violence

Annotation	The author believes that on the issue of domestic violence against children in the Czech Republic is still a lack of legislation, although it is a current topic. The work was divided into five parts. The first deals with basic questions about domestic violence, such as. the term syndrome abused and neglected child, parental alienation syndrome, perpetrator or victim and the different role of the child in terms of violence. In the second and third part examines the child from the perspective of the victim and the child as a possible perpetrator of domestic violence. The fourth section is devoted to the discussion of the possibilities of further improving the situation of children as victims of domestic violence through amendments to existing legislation. The diploma thesis includes a questionnaire, the results are interpreted in the fifth part. With this method, the survey author wanted to find out what is the general awareness of that work pays.
