Annotation |
The diploma thesis is dedicated to the transformation of care for vulnerable children, particularly foster care. Its aim is to show how the whole issue of this transformation watched by those who are with these children in daily contact. This is the teaching staff in orphanages and teaching staff in primary and secondary schools. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts in the field of care for vulnerable children acquainted with the process of transformation of care for vulnerable children, legislative anchoring of the issue and the different types of foster care. The practical part consists of quantitative research using a questionnaire survey ascertains the views of teaching staff on the issue of foster care, detects their personal experiences with foster care, their view of the transformation of institutional care and the potential interest of foster care. Compares how these views differ among teaching staff working in the facility for institutional education and teachers working in primary and secondary schools. |
