Annotation	This research focuses on young people’s opinion on criminality and other socio-pathological phenomena. Data were gathered in four towns (Prague 4, Ústí nad Labem, Chrudim, Kladno) and the research sample consisted of 1985 young people, mostly secondary school students and some elementary school students.The research dealt with these problems: occurrence of negative phenomena in respondent’s surroundings, fears and concern for crime and other phenomena, opinion on causes of crimes and its possible solutions, ways of prevention criminality, effectivity of police, awareness of law, life attitudes, interpersonal relationships and leisure time. It was also observed if young people become victims of chicane or sexual harassment.
