Aggressive behavior in school as perceived by teachers

Annotation	This work is based on research whose main objective was to analyze the extent and forms of aggressive behavior in schools. Its objective description of the occurrence of selected forms of aggressive behavior in school. The project was divided into two parts. In one part of the interviewed teachers, the other students. Questions related to the occurrence of different forms of aggression at school, teachers views on aggression in the context of teachers and opinions on the possibility of resolving problems with aggression pupils. Besides the questions focused on aggression were included inquiring about certain personality characteristics, life and job satisfaction. Educators are most often met with verbal and physical aggression among students (83% resp. 37% a week or more), and vandalism against school property and equipment (25%). Coarse invective against teachers in the last year reported 86% of respondents. Physical assault someone from the teaching staff disciple said 16% of respondents. Opinions on the aggressiveness of pupils in the school and to methods for reducing aggression differed depending on the degree of aggressiveness, which was subjected to a teacher. In conclusion we can say that in creating the conditions for security in the school should take into account the situation in a particular school teachers and experience in dealing with aggressive behavior of pupils.
