Annotation This guide provides an overview of the various groups of children with special needs. It contains the following chapters: Pupils with special educational needs (legislative framework), General recommendations for teachers to work with children with special educational needs, The three-stage model of care for pupils, Creating an individual education plan, specific developmental learning and behavior disorders, Autism spectrum disorders, Gifted children, How to work with classes, Communication with parents (of children with special educational needs). It approximates the each of these children and brings recommendations for working with these children.
