Annotation Residential suburbanization causes of home and other daily functions within metropolitan regions. Separateness housing, jobs, services and entertainment overcome suburbanité use of a car that becomes a necessary condition of their everyday life. Specific group in this respect, the teenagers who are in most cases dependent on public transport. This text assesses the example Pražské¬ho urban region everyday movements and activities of suburban high school students in comparison with the same group of students living within the city. Main Rechecks-ing shows that the longer time spent in transport reduces the daily suburban students time to sleep and leisure activities.
