Annotation The article deals the topic of the education of migrants, specifically to a pupil who, along with his family, received asylum in the Czech Republic. Part of the text is devoted to the introduction to the education of pupils from refugee. There is a defined term pupil - a refugee. Much of the work is devoted to the analysis of case studies. Presented survey focuses on understanding and explaining the processes during a pupil's educational career refugee. This study is realized on three specific individuals - student refugee, his mother and his teacher and brings therefore look at the issue from three different angles.
