Annotation	This thesis is devoted to problems of access caregivers in Children's Home Hearts Karvina to work with parents and their children. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the family, family function and I describe a dysfunctional family, because with this type of family caregivers meet the children's home often. The next chapter describes the Children´s home as an institution providing foster family care. Methodological part examines what types of access used by caregivers in their work with interest or disinterest of parents of children placed in the Children's Home Hearts. The analytical part contains an analysis and interpretation of data that have been identified on the basis of interviews with 9 caregivers. The research showed that the caregivers in their approach to working with interest or disinterest of parents of children experiencing many dilemmas.
