Annotation The theme of the thesis was to investigate the influence of the school environment on prosocial behavior of pupils. The theoretical part defines terms such as prosocial behavior, school environment, school climate. It is based on previously conducted research and conclusions of our and foreign authors. The aim of the research in the practical part is the analysis of the school environment, school climate and educational activities that contribute to the development of prosocial behavior of the child in puberty. The research confirmed that the school environment has an influence on prosocial behavior of pupils, particularly its component - the teacher. If the teacher provides the pupils with sufficient support, it becomes a role model for them.
