Motivation of students in school

Annotation This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of the students in the school. The theoretical part describes the findings as eg. basic motivational processes as part of the student, as well as by teachers or motivational effects of rewards, punishments and school marks, frustration and excessive motivation, which are drawn from the sources listed in the bibliography. In the practical part, the author focuses on collecting data using questionnaires and tried to find out what students feel most motivated. Research has shown that all three theories of motivation and how cognitive, social, and power have a significant impact on students' motivation. Among these theories are not practical research revealed significant differences, and each of them contributed to the motivational effect of approximately equal proportions.
