Beginning vocational training teachers problems at the beginning of their careers

Annotation The aim of the work is based on a questionnaire survey to assess the most common problems of beginning teachers, to compare the results of the survey to reflect on their experiences with practical training in the field of technical services in and try to propose possible solutions to common problems. The theoretical part describes the basis of the study of literature in general, the most common problems of beginning teachers training and classify these problems according to criteria a professional teacher quality. The practical part contains a reflection of their own experience, the questionnaire for teacher training and evaluation of a questionnaire survey on the issue. Based on the results of this investigation and their own experience analyzing common problems of beginning teachers, suggesting possible solutions and compares the problems beginning and experienced teachers.
