The cooperation of special training teacher and teacher assistant in education fields at vocational school for disabled students

Annotation The aim of this bachelor thesis was to assess the influence of cooperation of special training teacher and teacher assistant in education fields at vocational school for disabled students. The theoretical part is formed by two chapters: first chapter has two major topics. First topic is dealing with the legislation concerning educational processes at special school and also with general characteristics of disabled or impaired pupils. Second topic is focused on the teachers of vocational training, both in historical and contemporary contexts. Next chapter deals with the post of teacher’s assistant, since the beginnings of this profession until these days, with the content of his/her work and their cooperation with teachers. The practical part presents a qualitative survey, the author conduct interviews with teacher training, teaching assistants, students and their parents; also the observation of informants in educational process - vocational training, personal and school documentation analysis and last but not least technical literature analysis.
