Annotation |
The aim of the thesis was to obtain and analyze information about the work of teaching assistants in primary schools and observe the formation of their competence the education of pupils with special educational needs. The theoretical part explains the trends and concepts in the field of inclusive education. The theory is further directed to clarify the position of teaching assistant and defining his/her competencies. The author mainly based on legal norms, which is a teaching assistant anchored in this characterization. The practical part describes the design of qualitative research conducted in primary schools in the region Cheb. Research should illustrate how the competencies of teaching assistant are formulated, what qualifications, personality and working skills are required. |
