Annotation The aim of the thesis is to objectively describe the media's influence on the formation of values teenage generation, characterize how deeply the media affect the lives of young people, how teens také these interventions and what are the possible consequences of this action. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the explanation the notion of value. The second chapter is dedicated to the value system of adolescents in various stages of development of our society. The third chapter is devoted to the notion of a teenager. The fourth chapter deals with media and their impact on society, the way they work, and further was elaborated certain psychoanalysis of media. In the practical part was done the research through two questionnaires. The aim was to test the hypothesis whether have changed values and their ranking among adolescents, whether and how the process influenced by the media.
