Annotation In this work, the author focused on the issues of interpersonal relationships and factors that can affect interpersonal relationships of teachers in the workplace. The objective of theoretical part is aimed at identification and description of interpersonal relationships issues, personalities of teachers and teaching teams, mental health issues, stress and burnout. The aim of the practical part of this thesis, based on the survey, is to analyze the interpersonal relationships of teachers at work in the field of communication, collaboration in teaching teams and between the teacher and the school management, and assess their impact on job performance. I tis revealed from the survey that the overwhelming majority of 95% of respondents are aware of the importance of interpersonal relationships and their influence on job performance of teachers.
