Assumptions of the special teacher profession

Annotation This Bachelor's thesis deals with question what is important for special teacher profession, what education, skills and attributes should have a special teacher. The theoretical part deals with the specific characteristics of a profession, special teacher, his competencies and activities of work. The aim of the research part of the Bachelor's thesis is to find with a used method interview, questionnaire and observation specific assumptions that has to have a special teacher for the effective performance of his work. The practical section consists of four case studies whose objects are special teachers and assistant of teacher. The case studies also contain comments from the practice of special educators. The obtained informations are interpreted according to the research questions in the conclusion.
