Annotation This thesis deals with issues of pupils with specific learning disabilities and specific behaviour problems at the vocational school in the Czech Republic and Austria. It explains important terms and functions to learning and behaviour disorders. The first chapter describes the theory of specific learning disabilities and behavioural aetiology, causes of pupil failure at the school. The second chapter of this study specifies learning and behaviour disorders, describes the education of disadvantaged pupils, including their find employment. The third chapter analyzes educational research and characterizes the secondary vocational education in the Czech Republic and Austria. It presents an evaluation of the admission procedures, describes the integration of students into the education. In the fourth chapter of the diploma work conclusion are presented results of a survey conducted at the secondary school concerned on the education of disadvantaged students.
