Annotation |
This diploma thesis is concentrated on definition of the expectations of employers from graduates of the HR domain. It is qualitative study in the organizations which offer start up jobs for graduates of HR domain. The aim of the research is describe the expetations, the readiness of the graduates and the ability of the higher education to react flexibly to the expectations. Theorethical part of the thesis is divided into 3 chapters. First is describing the role of the HR workers as leaders. Second chapter describe the evolution of leadership and the models of the leadership styles. Third chapter than describe the integration of theorethical and practical education. Model of the research strategy is qualitative research. This research will be done in the organizations in business area which offers employment for graduates of HR domain. |
