The illegal communication in the classroom and strategies to its minimization

Annotation	The bachelor thesis focuses on an illegal communication. It deals with the students’ and teachers’ perspective on cheating at elementary school, their opinions, and consequently strategies to minimize this communication. Work contains information about pedagogical communication and also about an illegal communication. There are also defined possibilities of resistance against cheating, pupils' motivation for illegal use of communication, and its consequences. Attention is paid to the proper motivation and leading of the class, where the teacher's authority is included. The last chapter of the theoretical part contains precedent researches in fields related to illegal communication. The practical part deals with the teachers’ and students’ views on these issues which have been derived from possible strategies to minimize illegal communications. The practical part is based on the results of a research survey.
