Findings of relationships between teachers and principals of primary school

Annotation This bachelor thesis is focused on the interpersonal behavior of primary school principals. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms, maily the term of school climate and its importance and then on the relationships between principals and teachers of primary schools, which are understood as important co-creators of school climate. QPI and the onterpersonal theory are introduced as well as other methods that can be used for examining these types of relationships. The empirical part elaborates the research that has been done at 6 primary school in Brno. In final discussion, the research is self-assessed and there are also recommendations for similar researchs done in the future.
