Annotation	The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate current legislation that is concerned with administrative punishment of youthful for administrative offenses committed by them. In thesis the author compares this legislation with criminal law. In the first chapter the reader is generally familiar with concept of administrative criminal law and the use of analogy in administrative law, to which she has recourse in this thesis. Another chapters deal with the administrative liability of juvenile offenders in comparison with criminal responsibility. As the main the author considers two chapters devoted to administrative punishment of juvenile offenders in terms of substantive and procedural law. Last chapter is devoted to the psychology of personality offender. Conclusion of the thesis is evaluation of current legislation and possible suggestions for future modification.
