| Annotation | The master thesis is focused on problems of teacher development. The main target of this thesis is monitoring a process of teachers training in their workplace and profession. Obtained data are subjected to a direct comparison of how to further education access individual teachers. The project is divided into the theoretical and practical part. At the first part, there are introduced concepts of lifelong learning, further education and professional training from the general perspective, and that is all put into the context of school enviroment. The practical part is focused on the description of the realized exploration. There are presented research methods, forms, procedures of work and the final chapter focused on results of the research. |
