Annotation	The aim is to describe the image of an ideal teacher as it represents by the students of the fourth zdar of grammer school. The theoretical part pays attention to the teacher's personality, his authority, key competencies, professional requirements and teaching standards. It also deals with those aspects that affect the students in the perception and evaluation of teachers. This section contains a summary of researches on a similar theme. The practical part presents the results of research based on content analysis of student written statements determines how real students represent a perfect teacher, what demands put on him and what features they consider important.
