Annotation The bachelor thesis focuses on student cheating and academich dishonesty at high schools. This phenomenon is still prevalent in schools and thanks to new technologies is also less guessable. Cheating is already common practice how to deceive the teacher and to succeed in oral or written examination. The most common methods of cheating is oral prompting, sheet cheating and asking students from another class for questions to get an advance for test. The first part - theoretical, is dedicated to high school youth in general, as it describes the characteristics of high school students and its relationship to authority, motivation, etc. There are also addressed issues related to cheating as a form of evaluation, differences between the written tests and oral testing. The practical part is devoted to exploratory research among students and high school teachers. In all classes, which were carried out a survey, students are still the most commonly used as a tool for cheating classical cribs. This method, however, requires prior preparation, from which it is apparent that students cheating plan and prepare. In second and third place in the incidence of answers ranked Copying answers from classmates and Copying from the workbook.
