Annotation The diploma thesis focuses on the integration of children with disrupted speech development in regular elementary school. The theoretical part deals with defining of the concept of disrupted communication ability including developmental dysphasia, as well as the question of language, central speech areas, central speech signal processing and its disorders. It is described here the problem of developmental dysphasia. This work also explains the terms that are linked with developmental dysphasia. There are sloves the questions abou etiology and symptomatology and, ultimately, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis. The main objective of the research was to analyze approaches and create the case studies of pupils with disrupted speech development integrated in the 3rd and 7th year of regular elementary school. This research is describes in the practical part. In the present investigation were outlined problems that this form of disrupted communication skills can bring, while also suggestions methods of working with children with developmental dysphasia.
