Annotation The diploma thesis is focused on the causes of conflict situations in the classroom, on the conflict resolution strategies and how we can prevence them.The theoretical part is divided into six chapters, which focus on the conflict in general, it´s causes and different types of conflicts. Furthermore it´s about the pupil's personality, conflicts in the school environment and their subsequent solutions. The empirical part deals with the comparison of conflicts among primary school pupils and pupils of lower grades of grammar schools. For exploratory research method was used a questionnaire, that focused on students and their attitude to conflict.
