Annotation	This thesis is focused on career choice of pupils with speech disorders after elementary school. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter especially refers to the communication and describes types of speech disorders. The second chapter of the thesis is focused on the pupil and his career choice. The third chapter deals with the possibilities of counselling system, counselling for pupils with special needs and online counselling resources. The fourth chapter of the thesis is the practical part, which discusses the issue of career choice of pupils with speech disorders. It shows the main research objective, the research questions. It is here characterized by the research environment and research sample survey.
