Annotation	Diploma thesis focuses on the class teacher´s work with a special attention on leadership of class lessons. The theoretical part deals with his/her functions and responsibilities. The work reflects the planning and management of the education in the class considering age-specific of pupils. The main focus of the diploma thesis forms the disquisition about class lessons. Then the work includes results of research from selected primary school in order to find what is the teachers´ opinion on class lessons in the form of „little houses“ (Domečky). This research describes results of analysis of free writing and records of observations. The methodological part includes the preparation of class lessons in the form of „little houses“ and an educational project called The day is better with a friend.
