Annotation The diploma thesis focuses on a nutritional and physical regimen of primary school pupils. The theoretical part is introducing some basic nutritional and physical terms, which relates to healthy lifestyle, maintaining, and promoting of health. It also focuses on nutritional and physical recommendations, which are based on the educational program “Pohyb a výživa” and its brief characteristics. A special attention is given to the influence of family and school in educating physically and nutritionally literate individual with an extra focus on the role of intergenerational learning in this process. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of an evaluation survey which is focused on opinions of primary school children parents about how the participation of their child in the educational program “Pohyb a výživa” has influenced the physical and nutritional regimen of the child and family. It also evaluates the differences in parents’ opinions depending on grade in which the child is currently studying and specific comments related to content and process of the educational program “Pohyb and výživa
