The hidden potential of the school club

Annotation	The thesis describes potential of the school clubs, which is often overlooked by society. School club is nowadays perceived as a state institution, which is primarily used for babysitting in extracurricular time. The theoretical part focuses on the presentation of the basic terms of the thesis, which are school clubs and educators. There is also a chapter, which is dedicated to the social educator, because the school clubs are the right place for using knowledge and skills of social educator In the last chapter of the theoretical part there are the activities of both working positions matched by mental maps. The empirical part of this work informs qualitative research. The default position is evidenced with transcripts of interviews which has been analysed by IPA, its outcomes are reflected in a set of common themes.
